Søren Kahr started isaac alongside Christian and Joachim with a love for film and a deep curiosity about the craft. In the early days, he was the one making things work – cameras, lights, editing – always the one figuring out the technical side of things. But as the company grew, so did his focus.
What started as a hands-on role evolved into something bigger. Now, as managing director, he spends less time tweaking gear and more time shaping the bigger picture – navigating the creative and business sides of isaac, finding the right people, and pushing the company toward new opportunities.
Cinematography is still close to his heart, and he still picks up the camera – just a little less than before. These days, his focus is on making sure isaac keeps evolving, keeping its vision sharp, its work meaningful, and its impact lasting.
